What is Kid's Club?
Kid's Club is based on Word of Life Club’s curriculum, including Gopher Buddies and Olympians. The main goal of Word of Life curriculum is biblical, life-transformation. Each lesson is designed to help children make a connection with biblical truth, make a choice to allow God to change their heart, and finally, take action as a result of what they have learned from Scripture.
Kid's Club ministers to children ages 3 - 5th grade. The Club meets each Wednesday evening from 7pm - 8:30pm, while Youth Group and Adult Bible Study takes place. The Club meets in the hallway behind the sanctuary, outside of the gym. If you are interested, please contact Todd or Lea Hollenbach by clicking this link to send them and email. Children need to be sighed up for Kid's Club.
Gopher Buddies - PreK and Kindergarten
Gopher Buddies lessons teach foundational truths of Scripture so that children, ages 4-6, can begin to develop a basic understanding of Scripture. Every lesson includes parent resources to encourage meaningful follow-up between parents and their children.
Olympians - Grades 1-5
Olympians envisions the Christian life as a race. The Olympian program features the Olympic theme and urges children to “go for the gold” in their pursuit of godliness. Leaders train and encourage children in forming essential spiritual habits. Parent resources are also built in to help parents take a step into true discipleship with their own children.
Also Available
Quiet Time Diary Daily Devotional is an
additional optional resource for parents. It is filled with
personal, penetrating questions that encourage readers to
examine their lives. Insights and commentary on specific
verses challenge readers to apply the truth of God’s Word. A
personal prayer section includes ample room to record prayer
requests and answers. This is something parents can use to
aid their personal discipleship focus throughout the entire
year.
